Which styles of yoga does it support?

Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, restorative and slow flow. Timing is set per pose, so a 90-second Yin hold and a five-breath Warrior II both fit.

Can I teach without holding my phone?

Yes. Play Mode reads your cues aloud and advances between poses automatically, so the phone stays on your mat while you teach the room.
