Many common questions about planning classes, Play Mode, syncing, class bookings, payments, emailing students, subscriptions and trials are answered in our FAQ.

Bookings and payments

Setting up your booking page, listing classes and courses, connecting Stripe, running waitlists and class passes, setting booking and cancellation windows, marking attendance and handling cancellations are all covered step by step in the bookings guide. Two things worth knowing: payments go straight to your own Stripe account in your own currency, and Sequence/OS takes a 1% platform fee. Stripe's own card fee applies separately and varies by country (see your Stripe dashboard).

If a payment or payout looks wrong, check your Stripe dashboard first, as that is where the money actually sits. If your booking page will not publish, the usual cause is a missing contact email or web address on your booking profile. If a reminder or waitlist email did not arrive, check that the reminder switches are on in Rules and passes, and that the address has not previously unsubscribed or bounced.

Invoicing gyms and studios

Marking a class as billable, keeping billing contacts, generating a numbered invoice for a date range and tracking outstanding, overdue and paid are covered in the invoicing guide. Invoices collect no money online, so if an invoice still shows as outstanding after a gym has paid you, mark it paid yourself. If an invoice email will not send, add an invoice email address to that billing contact first.

Emailing your students

How to build your list, write a class alert or a general email, and manage consent is in the email marketing guide. If an email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then whether that address has previously unsubscribed or bounced, as those are blocked from future sends.
