What does the booking page look like?

Can I control how late students book or cancel?

Yes. Set a default booking cut-off and cancellation cut-off, anything from right up to the start time to a week before, and override either on a single class. Your public page follows the rule, and it is enforced again on our side.

Do students get reminded about their class?

If you want them to. Automatic reminder emails can go out 24 hours and 2 hours before a class, each switched on or off separately, and each sent once. They are separate from the emails you write and send yourself.

Can I keep a register?

Yes. After a class, mark each student Attended or No-show, or mark everyone attended in one tap. It builds up as a history against each student in Clients, alongside any pass credits they have left.

Can I invoice a gym or studio that pays me directly?

Yes. Tick Add to invoice when you plan a class, enter who pays and the agreed fee, and the Invoices tab groups those classes by billing contact. Choose a date range, generate a numbered invoice on your own branding, email or share it, and mark it paid. Outstanding, overdue and paid this year are totalled at the top. No online payment is collected, because gyms usually pay by bank transfer.

What happens if I cancel a class?

The class is marked cancelled and kept on record, everyone booked is emailed, and you choose whether to refund through Stripe or carry the payment over to another class. You can cancel one date or all remaining dates of a course.

Do students have to create an account?

No. Anyone can book by filling in their details. Students who do create an account have their details and health form saved, so booking next time takes seconds, and they are asked to confirm nothing has changed.

What about health information?

Health form answers are stored encrypted, are visible only to the teacher the student booked with, and every time a form is opened that access is logged. You choose how long forms are kept and can action a student's deletion request from the privacy screen.

Does it work on the iPhone app?

Yes. Booking pages, classes, clients, health flags, payments, refunds, waitlists, attendance, class passes, booking rules and invoicing are all in the iPhone app as well as on the web, on the same account.

Does booking cost extra on top of my subscription?

No. Bookings, payments, invoicing and email marketing are included in Sequence/OS Pro. The only booking charge is the 1% platform fee on paid bookings, plus Stripe's own card fee. Invoices carry no fee at all.

Not every class you teach is one you sell yourself. Tick Add to invoice when you plan a class, say who pays and what the agreed fee is, and it waits on your Invoices tab grouped by billing contact. Pick a date range and generate a numbered invoice on your own branding, add lines by hand for a workshop or a cover class, then email it or share a link.

Payment tracking is built in: mark an invoice Sent then Paid, set a due date, and see outstanding, overdue and paid this year at a glance. Nothing is collected online here, because gyms and studios normally pay by bank transfer, and there is no platform fee on an invoice. Read the invoicing guide.

Payments, in your currency

Flagged considerations appear next to the student's name in your class list and on your calendar.
