We want you to love teaching with Āsana/OS. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings without any charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Āsana/OS purchases. Your bank statement will showLINK.COM* ĀSANA/OSalongside our name. To request a refund:

1. Open the Subscription page in your account and click Manage billing to view your invoices.
2. Or email us at hello@asanaos.app with your order date and we'll process the refund for you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep full access until then. No further charges will be made.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
