Where Sequence/OS wins
FLOW's AI next-pose suggestions are genuinely fast, but speed here has a cost most comparisons skip over. When an algorithm is quietly suggesting what comes next, the sequence starts to reflect its logic, not yours. That matters more for a newer teacher than an experienced one: your style is still forming, and outsourcing sequencing decisions to a suggestion engine early on is a real way to end up teaching in someone else's voice before you have found your own.
